To draw on the expertise of NHs Leaders of Color to train and develop a cohort of promising/rising new community Leaders of Color with an equity frame knowledge base and concrete skills for participating in leadership (committees, boards, mainstream leadership development programs) while building collective impact capacity in communities of color.
