To engage a diverse set of constituents to find common ground around policy solutions addressing health, social, and public health systems in NH by identifying key health policy shifts, researching and analyzing impacts using focused data points, disseminating information to describe implications of policies, and developing processes to shape policy pathways with a focus on health care systems.
